Racism is like trying to jump from the sky
You never know where you are going
Racism is like trying to find the sky
while saying bye
Whites were mean and never shamed to care
they just wanted to scare
Everyone is one color because we all are one big blender
Black, whites and in all in between
All mixing together like one big piece of pie
We should just come together and say hi

Today in literacy class we learned about similes and metaphors.We write poems about racism.My poem is about how all of us come together and mix in as one. Black and whites and all in between we should just be as one. Racism is really bad and to this day we are no as one.
